Barrel Aged Cider
Traditionally fermented and aged in a mixture of seasoned French Oak and Whiskey barrels for around one year. The cider was then blended to style with current vintage batches adding both complexity and freshness. With complete ‘land to hand’ control over every step of production, our ciders are handcrafted from 100% Australian fruit. Gluten free & vegan friendly.

Blending across an array of oak barrel styles and cider ages has allowed us to craft a balanced and complex cider showing flavours reminiscent of apple pie and lightly toasted spice notes including vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon. This cider is layered and shows great length of flavour finishing with fine drying tannins.
